Also, we will file each petition with the local courts through the Pacer CM/ECF filing system and provide you with confirmation of all successful uploads. Bankruptcy Assistance also includes the monitoring of the case via the Pacer system. This ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.

Your personal VBA will also ensure that your firm continues to be in compliance with BAPCPA by, with signature of approval from the client, obtaining all of the due diligence components. Each client, with the use of their own User ID and Password, will be able to complete credit counseling and the debtor education course online! Both courses are UST approved.
You will be able to monitor the client's progress, if needed. We can assign you a separate user ID and password to monitor all of your clients!

Please download a set of our Client Intake Form (CIF) and start using them today! Once the client has completed the Intake Forms, fax it to us at (413) 826-3957. We will then forward our agreement for your signature and begin drafting the petition.
