*Research living square feet (if not provided in MLS)
*Calculate duration of days listed or age of property (if not provided in MLS)
*Input date into online or word document form
*Accept REO Assignments from Asset Managers
*Cooridnate contractors to perform necessary REO tasks
*Complete status reports
*Submit reimbursement forms and invoices to Asset Manager
REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATATION
We're with you from Listing to Close!
* Using a Real Estate Platform, maintain all paperwork and contacts related to the transaction.
* Schedule appointments.
* Make sure that all documents and forms are completed, signed and turned in for the closing.
* Ensure a seamless flow of documents between all participating parties.
* Order necessary documents at the agent or agent's client request.
* At direction of agent, create marketing materials (i.e. Sold announcements, Listing announcements, brochures, website maintenance)
* Notify participating parties of updates and or documents due.
* Ensure that the custom made agent Task List is completed and audit the Transaction before close.
