Jacqueline

Jackie is AATB's computer guru. Her strengths are website consulting, design, and implementation; research and implementation of various software programs and databases for businesses. Jackie also manages the Real Estate Assistant and Bankruptcy Forms Processing function of Assistants At TheirBest. She also functions as Marketing and Billing Director. Jackie is certified through the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) as a Real Estate Support Specialist, a member of the REVA Network, and the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Her certifications and her years of years of experience in the computer and administrative field makes Jackie's contribution to AATB priceless. She is definitely an Assistant At Her Best.

Valerie

Val brings 22 years of experience to AATB. Her experience includes Information Systems Consulting, Tax
Preparation, Legal Assistant, Marketing, and Travel Coordination. Val has experience in the use of a variety of software and database programs which has been asset to AATB. Included in her many skills, Val manages the
Transcription, Resume Writing, and Legal Assistance functions of AATB. She also serves as our Contract Specialist. Val holds many certifications and awards that include, the Institute for Certification, Professional Secretaries International Certified Administrative Professional Rating, She has proven that she is definitely At Her Best in her fields of expertise.

Marcia

Marcia is AATB's Human Resource Specialist. She brings 14 years of Human Resource experience to the table. She is balanced in all functions of HR including recruiting, employee relations, and payroll. Marcia is also the resident expert in Research which includes courthouse and internet research. Marcia's 30 years of administrative experience includes transcription, data entry, appointment setting, call center and general clerical. Marcia's extensive knowledge of client and employee relations gives her an edge that any company can benefit from.
